Manage unified tasks in your project
Use the unified tasks page to view, filter and manage all project tasks across different views.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the Unified Tasks page
Navigate to the Tasks section of your project to open the Unified Tasks page, where all tasks for the current project are listed.

Step 2: Switch between task views
Use the view switcher to toggle between list, board, timeline and workload views depending on how you prefer to visualise work.

Step 3: Apply filters and presets
Use the filter bar to apply filters such as status, assignee or priority, or choose a saved preset like "All" to quickly change what tasks are shown.

Step 4: Sort tasks
Adjust the sort options to order tasks, for example by most recently updated, so that the most relevant work appears first.

Step 5: Select tasks for bulk actions
Select one or more tasks from the current view to enable bulk actions, such as updating their status together or deleting multiple items at once.

Step 6: Change task status in bulk
Use the bulk actions toolbar to update the status of all selected tasks in a single action, keeping your workflow up to date.

Step 7: Create a new task quickly
Use the quick-add control in the header to create a new task with essential details without leaving the current view.

Step 8: Create tasks from templates
Open the templates catalogue to browse available task templates, then choose a template and create a new task pre-filled with standard information.

Step 9: View and edit task details in split view
Select a task to open it in the split detail view, where you can review its information, make updates and keep context alongside the main task list.

Step 10: Manage saved views
Use the saved views manager to save your current combination of filters, sort order and view mode, or switch between previously saved views.

Step 11: Delete individual or multiple tasks
Use the delete option on a single task or apply bulk delete from the bulk actions toolbar, confirming the action in the confirmation dialog when prompted.
