Manage unified tasks

Use the unified tasks page to browse, filter and move through all tasks in your project workspace.

Audience

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the unified tasks page

From the main navigation, open the unified tasks page to see the combined list of all tasks across your project workspace.

Step 2: Review the current task view

Use the view switcher area at the top of the page to confirm whether you are looking at a list, board, timeline or workload view of your tasks.

Step 3: Apply task filters

Select the task filters control and choose criteria such as keywords, assignee or status to narrow the list of tasks that are shown.

Step 4: Browse filtered tasks

After filters are applied, review the updated task list, board or timeline to focus on the tasks that match your selected criteria.

Step 5: Navigate between pages of tasks

Use the pagination controls at the bottom of the page, such as the Next button, to move forward through additional pages of tasks when there are more items than can be shown at once.

Step 6: Return to previous task pages

If you need to revisit earlier tasks, use the pagination controls to move back to previous pages in the unified task list.
