Manage PlanOps dashboard widgets
Use the PlanOps dashboard to view project information, switch dashboard views, and add or arrange widgets that show the data you care about most.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the PlanOps dashboard
Navigate to the PlanOps area for your project; the dashboard loads with a toolbar at the top and a grid of widgets beneath. If data is still loading, a placeholder skeleton layout briefly appears before your widgets are displayed.

Step 2: Switch between dashboard levels and role variants
Use the toolbar controls to change the dashboard level (for example, organisation or project) and select a role variant, so that the visible widgets and data match your current focus and responsibilities.

Step 3: Add a new widget from the library
Click the button to add a widget, then browse the widget library dialog that opens; choose the type of widget you want, confirm your selection, and the dashboard automatically places it in the next available position with a default size.

Step 4: Arrange and review your widget grid
Review how the newly added widget appears within the dashboard grid alongside existing widgets, and adjust your layout as needed using the dashboard grid controls so that the most important information is easy to see at a glance.

Step 5: Handle dashboard loading issues and retry
If the dashboard cannot load and an error message appears, review the message and click the retry control to attempt loading your widgets again without leaving the page.
