Review document compliance status

Use the document compliance widget to understand how many required documents are in place, where approvals are pending, and which documents are expiring or already expired.

Steps

Step 1: Open the dashboard with the document compliance widget

Navigate to the PlanOps dashboard page that includes the Document Compliance widget so you can view the current status of required documentation for your project or portfolio.

Step 2: Review overall compliance statistics

In the widget header and summary area, check the counts of required, submitted, pending approval, and expired documents, along with the overall compliance percentage to quickly gauge your compliance position.

Step 3: Identify documents that are expiring soon

Scroll within the widget to the expiring documents list to see each document’s name, category, and expiry date, along with how many days remain before expiry, so you can prioritise renewals.

Step 4: Assess expired or high‑risk documents

Look for any indicators or rows showing expired documents and warning icons to understand which items are already non‑compliant and may pose a risk to your project.

Step 5: Refresh compliance data

Use the refresh control on the widget (for example, a refresh button or icon) to reload the latest compliance data from the system after documents have been submitted or approved elsewhere.
