Review document compliance status

Use the Document Compliance widget to review current document status, identify risks, and refresh the latest compliance data.

Steps

Step 1: Open the dashboard with the Document Compliance widget

Navigate to the PlanOps dashboard that contains the Document Compliance widget; the widget card loads automatically and may briefly show loading placeholders while it retrieves the latest figures.

Step 2: Review overall document compliance summary

Check the top-level metrics for required, submitted, pending approval, and expired documents, along with the overall compliance percentage, to understand your current compliance position at a glance.

Step 3: Identify expiring and expired documents

Scroll within the widget to review the list of expiring documents, including their names, categories, expiry dates, and days until expiry, and note any expired items or high-risk entries highlighted with warning icons.

Step 4: Refresh compliance data

Select the refresh control on the widget to request the latest compliance information from the backend; the widget briefly shows loading placeholders before updating the metrics and expiring document list.

Step 5: Respond to errors or missing data

If the widget shows an error banner or a message indicating that compliance data is unavailable, review the alert details and, if appropriate, try refreshing the widget or contacting your system administrator.
