Manage hidden dashboard widgets

Use the Hidden Widgets panel to review and restore widgets that have been removed from your dashboard.

Audience

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the Hidden Widgets panel

In your dashboard, select the option to view hidden widgets to open the Hidden Widgets panel. The dialog lists all widgets that have been removed from view.

Step 2: Review hidden widgets and their details

Browse the list of hidden widgets and check each item’s name, icon, and whether it is marked as an inherited or custom widget so you understand what you are about to restore.

Step 3: Restore an individual widget

For a specific widget you want to bring back, use its restore control in the list. The widget is re-added to your dashboard layout and removed from the hidden list.

Step 4: Restore all hidden widgets at once

If you want to bring back every hidden widget, use the restore all option in the dialog header or footer. All hidden widgets are returned to the dashboard in one action.

Step 5: Close the Hidden Widgets panel

When you have finished restoring widgets, close the dialog to return to your normal dashboard view with the updated widget layout.
