Manage your favourites widget

Use the favourites widget to quickly access starred documents and resources from your dashboard.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the favourites widget on your dashboard​

On your dashboard, locate the "My Favourites" widget to view a list of all items you have starred across your projects.

Step 2: Review your current favourites​

Scan the list of favourite items, where each row clearly shows the item name and is large enough to tap easily on touch devices.

Step 3: Use the empty state to learn how to add favourites​

When you have no favourites yet, read the guidance shown in the widget explaining that you can star any item to pin it here for quick access.

Step 4: Understand loading and error messages​

If the widget cannot load your favourites, check the error message "Failed to load favourites" and refresh or try again later.
