Review weather alerts for your site
Use the Weather Alerts widget to quickly review current and upcoming weather risks that may impact planned work and see recommended actions.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Locate the Weather Alerts widget on the dashboard
Open the PlanOps dashboard and scroll to the Weather Alerts widget card, which summarises current weather alerts relevant to your site.

Step 2: Review the list of active weather alerts
In the widget, scan the list of alerts, noting the alert type (for example, high wind, rain, snow, lightning or extreme temperatures), severity level (warning, watch or advisory) and alert title to understand the main risks.

Step 3: Check timing and impact details
For each alert, review the valid from and valid until times, along with the work impact text, to understand when the conditions apply and which activities on site are likely to be affected.

Step 4: Review recommended actions
Under each alert, read the recommended actions list to see suggested safety or planning measures you can take to reduce disruption and risk to your works.

Step 5: Refresh alerts to see the latest information
Use the refresh control in the widget header to reload the data and ensure you are working with the most up-to-date weather alerts before making planning decisions.
