Review weather alerts and work suitability
Use the Weather Alerts widget to see current and upcoming weather issues and how they may affect planned work.

Steps
Step 1: Open the Weather Alerts widget
On the PlanOps dashboard, locate the Weather Alerts widget to view conditions for the selected location, including an at-a-glance status of whether there are any issues.
Step 2: Review formal weather alerts
In the Formal Alerts section, scan the list of warnings, watches, and advisories, including their validity times, descriptions, work impact, and recommended actions.
Step 3: Check forecast advisories for upcoming days
Look at the forecast cards to see daily conditions, precipitation probability, wind speed, and temperatures, along with reasons why each day may be risky for work.
Step 4: Assess work suitability by activity
In the work suitability section, review which activities are marked as suitable or not, so you can adjust schedules or resources accordingly.
Step 5: Refresh the weather alerts
Use the refresh control on the widget to pull the latest weather alerts and forecasts before making final planning decisions.
