Review and filter risk events in the dashboard
Use the Events list widget to review key risk events, see a summary, and quickly filter or refresh the information shown.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the dashboard with the Events list widget
Navigate to your PlanOps dashboard and locate the Events list widget card, which shows a summary of proactive and reactive events along with the total count.

Step 2: Review the events summary at a glance
At the top of the widget, review the total number of events and the split between proactive and reactive items, along with any breakdowns by type and category.

Step 3: Scan the detailed list of events
Scroll through the list to see individual events with their reference, title, nature, type, category, likelihood, total impact, expected value, proximity, risk owner, project, and created date.

Step 4: Identify events by project and owner
Use the project name and risk owner details displayed on each row to understand which projects and owners are associated with each event.

Step 5: Use filters to focus on specific events
Select the filter control in the widget header (for example the filter icon) to narrow the list by attributes such as event type, category, or nature, so that only relevant events are shown.

Step 6: Refresh the events data
Click the refresh button in the widget header, shown with a refresh icon, to reload the latest data from the source and update both the summary and the event list.

Step 7: Understand loading and error states
When data is loading you will see placeholder skeleton rows; if something goes wrong an alert message appears in the widget, explaining that the events could not be loaded.
