Select the appropriate dashboard level
Choose and view the PlanOps dashboard at different levels (PlanOps, organisation, project, or user) depending on what you need to monitor or configure.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the dashboard
Sign in to PlanOps and navigate to the main dashboard area; if the customisable dashboard feature is enabled for your account, the PlanOps dashboard will open with level controls visible near the top.

Step 2: Review the current dashboard level
Check the currently selected dashboard level (for example PlanOps, organisation, project, or user) in the level selector so you understand which scope your metrics and widgets are currently reflecting.

Step 3: Switch to the PlanOps-level dashboard
Select the PlanOps level to see metrics and widgets that apply across the entire PlanOps environment, without being tied to a specific organisation, project, or user.

Step 4: Switch to the organisation-level dashboard
Choose the organisation level to focus the dashboard on data for the currently selected organisation, such as organisation-wide performance and activity.

Step 5: Switch to the project-level dashboard
Select the project level to view dashboard data for a specific project, allowing you to track project health, milestones, and activity in isolation.

Step 6: Switch to your user-level dashboard
Choose the user level to see a personalised dashboard based on your own user account, such as items assigned to you, your recent activity, and user-specific metrics.

Step 7: Interpret the updated dashboard content
After changing the level, review the refreshed charts, tables, and widgets, noting that all visible information now reflects the selected level’s owner (PlanOps, organisation, project, or your user account).
