Review and manage recent public links
Use the Recent Public Links widget to review, open and share the latest public links for project documents, forms, reports and drawings.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the Recent Public Links widget
In the dashboard, locate the Recent Public Links card to see an overview of your most recently created public links, including counts of active, expired and total accesses.

Step 2: Review link status and key details
Scan the list to review each link’s name, type (such as document, form or report), associated project, creator, creation date, expiry status and total access count so you can quickly assess current sharing activity.

Step 3: Filter and focus on specific link types
Use any available filters or summary chips above the list to focus on particular resource types or statuses, such as only active links or only links for forms, helping you concentrate on the most relevant items.

Step 4: Open a shared item from its public link
Click a link’s row or its open icon to view the underlying shared item in a new browser tab using its public URL, allowing you to verify exactly what external users can see.

Step 5: Copy a public link for sharing
Select the copy link action (clipboard icon) on a row to copy the public link URL to your clipboard, then paste it into an email, message or document to share with stakeholders.

Step 6: Download a QR code for a public link
Choose the QR code download action on a row to generate and download a QR code image for that link, which you can add to site signage, reports or presentations for quick mobile access.

Step 7: Check link activity and expiry
Use the icons and labels beside each item to see whether a link is active or expired, and review its access count so you can identify heavily used or outdated links for follow-up.
