Configure your PlanOps dashboard
Use the PlanOps dashboard to view project data, switch dashboard levels, change role-based variants, and add new widgets.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the PlanOps dashboard
Navigate to the PlanOps dashboard area for your project to see the current layout of widgets and the toolbar at the top of the screen.
Step 2: Switch between organisation and project levels
Use the level controls or clickable breadcrumbs in the toolbar to switch between organisation-level and project-level dashboards, updating the context of the data you see.
Step 3: Change the role-based dashboard variant
In the toolbar, select a different role variant to load a dashboard layout tailored to that role; your choice is remembered for this session.
Step 4: Add a new widget
Select the option to add a widget, open the widget library dialog, and choose a widget to place on the dashboard, which will automatically use the next available space.
Step 5: Rearrange dashboard widgets
Drag and drop widgets within the dashboard grid to reposition them, adjusting the layout to suit how you prefer to view your information.
Step 6: Retry loading if the dashboard fails
When a load error appears with a red alert, review the message and select "Try Again" to attempt to reload the dashboard data.
