Review critical path health and upcoming milestones

Use the Critical Path Status widget to review programme health, track critical tasks, and monitor key milestones on your dashboard.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the dashboard containing the Critical Path Status widget​

Navigate to your PlanOps dashboard and scroll to the section where the Critical Path Status widget is displayed as a card with summary indicators.

Step 2: Review overall critical path health​

Look at the top of the widget to see the current critical path health status, including whether the programme is on track, at risk, critical, or delayed, along with float days and risk items.

Step 3: Check critical tasks and their progress​

Scan the task list to review each critical task’s start and end dates, duration, completion percentage, and current status such as planned, in progress, completed, or delayed.

Step 4: Monitor milestones on the critical path​

Review the milestones section to see upcoming and completed milestones, including their dates and status indicators such as pending, at risk, delayed, or completed.

Step 5: Confirm data date and context​

Check the data date shown in the widget to understand how current the critical path information is for your programme.
