Review compliance checklist status

Use the Compliance Checklist widget to review safety, quality and environmental checklists, track completion, and see what actions are due next.

Steps

Step 1: Open the Compliance Checklist widget

On the dashboard, locate the Compliance Checklist widget card, identified by the checklist icon and title, to view compliance status for your project.

Step 2: Check overall completion for each checklist

Review each checklist row to see its name, category, and the number of completed items versus the total, giving you a quick view of current compliance progress.

Step 3: Review upcoming and overdue checklist items

In the "Next items" area of each checklist, scan the listed actions, their due dates and completion status so you can prioritise what needs attention.

Step 4: Review inspection dates and risk indicators

Look at the last inspection date and any warning or risk indicators shown on the checklist rows to identify areas that may require follow-up.

Step 5: Refresh the compliance data

Click the refresh button on the widget to reload the latest compliance data from the system, ensuring you are working with up-to-date information.

Step 6: Understand loading and error states

When data is loading, skeleton placeholders appear; if there is an error, an alert banner is shown explaining that the checklist data could not be loaded.
