Review items in a dashboard widget row

Review key details about an item in a dashboard widget, including its identifier, title, status, and any warnings or overdue indicators.

Steps

Step 1: Identify the item in the widget list

Locate the row for the item you want to review in the dashboard widget list; each row is grouped into a clear card with a subtle hover highlight as you move your mouse over it.

Step 2: Check the item reference and title

Look at the left side of the row to see the item's monospace reference, such as "RFI-014", followed by the item title, which is truncated in the row but can be viewed in full by hovering your cursor over it.

Step 3: Review key meta details under the title

Under the title, review the meta information such as due date, project, assignee, or current stage, which are displayed as concise chips or facts to give you a quick overview of the item.

Step 4: Examine the trailing status and priority

On the right-hand side of the row, review the trailing section, where you typically see status or stage information above priority indicators to understand the current position and urgency of the item.

Step 5: Look for warnings or overdue indicators

Use the row's background and border colour to identify important signals; amber rows highlight items that have stalled, while red-tinted rows draw attention to overdue items that may require immediate action.
