View programme overview and health
Review high-level programme progress, milestones, and critical path health from the dashboard widget.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the Programme Overview widget
From the dashboard, locate the Programme Overview widget card showing your project name and current data date; the widget may briefly show loading placeholders before data appears.

Step 2: Review overall programme status and date range
Check the header for the project name, the programme data date, and the visible date range so you understand which planning period the overview covers.

Step 3: Check critical path health
Look at the critical path health section, including the status indicator, days of float, and number of risk items, to quickly assess whether the programme is on track, at risk, or delayed.

Step 4: Assess task progress and completion
Review the list or summary of tasks, including their progress bars, percentage complete, and status icons, to understand how work is progressing across the programme.

Step 5: Identify milestones and critical activities
Scan for highlighted milestones and critical tasks, using their badges or icons, so you can focus on items that are crucial to the overall schedule.

Step 6: Use filters or layout indicators if available
Use any layout, range, or grouping indicators in the widget to interpret how tasks are organised over time, such as by calendar period or work breakdown structure.
