Use the Homepage Assistant to run planning tasks
Use the Homepage Assistant to discover, run and review automated planning tasks for your project.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the Homepage Assistant panel
From your project home, scroll to the Assistant section; the assistant panel loads automatically and shows the hero view or compact layout depending on your project setup.

Step 2: Search or browse for an available task
Use the task search bar or the "Browse tasks" drawer to find a suitable assistant task for your project, such as project setup or analysis tasks.

Step 3: Start a task and provide the required details
Select a task to open its input form, then enter the requested information and submit; the assistant starts a new execution and shows live progress.

Step 4: Chat with the assistant while a task runs
Use the chat panel to ask follow-up questions, refine your request or clarify task inputs while the execution is in progress.

Step 5: Review task execution details
When the run completes, open the execution detail modal from the assistant or recent runs panel to inspect outputs, status and any generated artefacts.

Step 6: Restore or reopen recent runs
Use the recent runs panel, history sidebar or minimised task widget to reopen previous executions and continue where you left off.

Step 7: Promote useful runs to schedules
For successful executions, use the schedule option in the run detail modal to turn a one-off run into a recurring scheduled task.

Step 8: Navigate to related packages and project areas
From assistant suggestions or task outputs, follow links to package detail pages or the package list to refine your project configuration.
