View site weather conditions and work suitability
Review current and forecast weather for your site and see if conditions are suitable for key construction activities.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the Site Weather widget on the dashboard
Locate the Site Weather widget card on your PlanOps dashboard; while data is loading you will see a placeholder skeleton until the latest weather is retrieved for the selected project location.
Step 2: Review current weather conditions
Check the current temperature, feels-like temperature, weather icon and condition summary, along with humidity, wind speed and direction, and recent precipitation to understand on-site conditions.
Step 3: Check upcoming daily forecast
Scroll or scan across the forecast section to see each upcoming day’s high and low temperatures, condition summary and weather icon so you can plan work around expected conditions.
Step 4: Confirm work suitability for key activities
Review the work suitability indicators for crane operations, concrete pours, roofing and excavation to quickly see which activities are recommended or should be avoided under the current and forecast conditions.
Step 5: Refresh the weather data
Use the refresh control on the widget to request the latest weather feed so you can make decisions based on up-to-date information.
