Review document changes and impacted trades
Use the Document Changes widget to see which drawings or documents have changed, what was updated, and which trades are affected.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the Document Changes widget on your dashboard
On your PlanOps dashboard, locate the Document Changes widget card showing recent updates to project documents, including document names, revision numbers, and change summaries.

Step 2: Check the most recent document updates
Review the list of document changes, starting from the most recent entries, including the old and new revision codes, a brief change summary, and how long ago each change was made.

Step 3: Identify which trades are affected by each change
For each document change, look at the affected trades badges to see which disciplines or subcontractor groups need to review the new revision.

Step 4: Refresh the widget to load the latest changes
Select the refresh button on the widget header to request the latest document change data from the system, updating the list of revisions and timestamps.

Step 5: Understand when each change happened
Use the relative time labels such as minutes, hours, days ago, or specific dates to understand how recent each change is and prioritise follow-up actions.
