Review compliance warnings for F10 certificates

Use the Compliance Warnings widget to see which projects have F10-related compliance risks and jump directly to the relevant project details.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the Compliance Warnings widget​

On the PlanOps dashboard, locate the Compliance Warnings widget card showing F10 status across your projects. The widget may briefly show loading placeholders while project data is retrieved.

Step 2: Check overall compliance status​

Review the widget header to see if there are any critical, expiring, or informational F10 warnings. If there are no issues, the widget will indicate that all projects are currently compliant.

Step 3: Review projects with F10 warnings​

In the list within the widget, look through the projects that have F10 warnings, ordered by severity so critical issues appear first, followed by warnings and informational notices.

Step 4: Understand warning severity and timing​

For each project row, check the coloured badge and icon to see whether its F10 status is Expired, Expiring, or a Heads-up, and read the days remaining text to understand how urgent the issue is.

Step 5: Open a project from the widget​

Select a project row in the widget to open the full project view, where you can review detailed information and take any necessary compliance actions.

Step 6: Refresh the compliance data​

Use the refresh button on the widget to reload the latest F10 compliance information for all projects; the list will update once new data has been retrieved.
