Review compliance checklists on the dashboard

Use the Compliance Checklist widget to review safety, quality, and environmental checklists, see progress, and check upcoming due items.

Steps​

Step 1: Locate the Compliance Checklist widget on the dashboard​

On the PlanOps dashboard, scroll to find the Compliance Checklist widget, presented as a card showing grouped checklists for safety, quality, and environmental areas.

Step 2: Review overall checklist progress​

In each checklist card, review the checklist name and the completed versus total items to understand current compliance progress at a glance.

Step 3: Check category and inspection status​

Look at the category label and icon (such as Safety, Quality, or Environmental) and review the last inspection date, if shown, to understand when each checklist was last reviewed.

Step 4: Review upcoming checklist items​

Under each checklist, scan the list of upcoming items to see titles and due dates, and note which items are already marked as completed versus still outstanding.

Step 5: Use status indicators to prioritise actions​

Use the visual status indicators for each item, such as filled or empty circles and warning styles, to quickly identify overdue or incomplete tasks that require follow-up.
