Manage dashboard widgets
Configure, refresh, duplicate, hide, and remove widgets on your PlanOps dashboard while in edit mode.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the dashboard in edit mode
Switch your PlanOps dashboard into edit mode so that widget controls such as move, configure, duplicate, hide, and remove become available on each widget container.

Step 2: Reorder widgets on the dashboard
Use the drag handle on the widget header to click and drag the widget to a new position so that you can arrange your dashboard layout to match your priorities.

Step 3: Configure a widget’s settings
Select the settings icon on the widget header to open its configuration, adjust how data is displayed for your project or user dashboard, and save the updated settings.

Step 4: Refresh widget data
Use the refresh control on the widget to trigger a data reload so that the widget shows the latest information without reloading the entire dashboard.

Step 5: Duplicate a widget
Select the duplicate control on a widget to create a copy with the same configuration, then reposition or reconfigure the duplicate as needed.

Step 6: Hide an inherited widget
For widgets inherited from a template, use the hide option (when available) to remove it from your personal view while keeping it in the underlying configuration.

Step 7: Remove a widget from the dashboard
Use the remove control to permanently delete a widget from your dashboard, confirming the action when prompted so it no longer appears in your layout.
