Review AI-generated risk analysis

Use the AI Insights risk analysis widget to understand overall risk, trend, and key risks with suggested mitigations.

Steps​

Step 1: Locate the AI risk analysis widget​

On the dashboard, scroll to the AI Insights section and find the card showing the shield icon and risk score for your plan.

Step 2: Check the overall risk score and trend​

Review the overall risk score displayed at the top of the card and note whether the trend indicator shows improving, worsening, or stable risk over time.

Step 3: Review the list of identified risks​

Scan the list of risks beneath the score, noting each risk title, severity badge, and category to understand where the main issues lie.

Step 4: Focus on critical and high-severity risks​

Prioritise items highlighted as critical or high severity, using their distinct colours and badges to quickly identify what needs urgent attention.

Step 5: Examine mitigation suggestions​

For each listed risk, read the AI-generated mitigation suggestion to understand recommended actions to reduce or manage the risk.

Step 6: Refresh the analysis when your plan changes​

After updating your plan data, use the widget's refresh control to request an updated AI risk analysis that reflects the latest information.
