View the forward look programme
Review the current programme, key milestones, and critical path health in a forward-looking Gantt-style widget.

Steps
Step 1: Open the Forward Look programme widget
From the dashboard, locate the Forward Look programme widget, identified by the Gantt chart icon and programme header, to begin reviewing upcoming work.
Step 2: Review overall programme context
Check the project name, data date, and visible date range at the top of the widget to understand which project and time window you are viewing.
Step 3: Scan tasks on the timeline
Look through the list of programme tasks displayed on the Gantt-style chart, noting each task’s start and end dates, duration, completion percentage, and current status.
Step 4: Identify critical and milestone activities
Use the critical path and milestone indicators (such as diamond or special markers) to spot key activities that drive the overall schedule or represent important delivery points.
Step 5: Check task dependencies and ownership
For selected tasks, review their predecessor links, dependency types, and any assigned owner to understand sequencing and who is responsible.
Step 6: Assess critical path health
Refer to the critical path health summary, including status, float days, and number of risk items, to gauge whether the programme is on track, at risk, or delayed.
