Steps​

Step 1: Open the Forward Look Programme widget​

On the dashboard, locate the Forward Look Programme card showing the project name, data date and overall critical path health status.

Step 2: Review the programme timeline and tasks​

Use the Gantt-style chart to see task start and end dates, durations, completion percentages, status badges and any critical path highlighting.

Step 3: Check milestones and dependencies​

Identify milestone markers and review how they align with dependent tasks to understand key delivery points and sequencing.

Step 4: Assess critical path health​

Use the critical path status indicators to see whether the programme is on track, at risk or delayed, including float days and risk items.

Step 5: Refresh the programme data​

Select the refresh control on the widget header to reload the latest programme tasks, milestones and critical path metrics from the source system.
