Use the homepage assistant to plan and run tasks

Use the homepage assistant to describe what you need, find the right automation task, review previous runs and start new executions from one place.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the homepage assistant

On your project home, scroll to the assistant section to see the hero panel, recent runs and assistant tools in a single view.

Step 2: Describe what you need in the hero prompt

In the main hero input, type a plain-language description of the work you want to automate and submit it to let the assistant propose suitable tasks.

Step 3: Review suggested tasks and choose an execution

Review the tasks and run options the assistant suggests, then select a proposed execution to open its details and configuration.

Step 4: Configure and submit a task run

Complete any required form fields for the selected task, confirm the settings, and submit to start the execution from the assistant.

Step 5: Browse and search available tasks

Use the task search and browse drawer to filter and explore all available tasks, then pick one to run or inspect further.

Step 6: View and restore previous conversations

Open the assistant history sidebar to switch between past conversations, review earlier results and restore a previous chat if needed.

Step 7: Inspect recent runs and open full details

In the recent runs panel, review the latest executions started from the assistant and open any run in a detail modal for deeper insights.

Step 8: Use the compact chat panel for quick commands

Expand the assistant chat panel, enter a quick command in the input field and send it to interact with the assistant in a focused chat view.
