Review team workload and task capacity
Use the Team Workload widget to see how busy each team member is, compare workload against capacity, and decide who can take on more work or needs support.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the Team Workload widget
On the dashboard, locate the Team Workload card with the team icon and title. If the data looks out of date, select the refresh icon to load the latest task and capacity information for your team.

Step 2: Check each team member’s current workload
Review the list of team members, including their avatar or initials, to see how many active tasks each person has and what their current capacity is. Use the progress bar beside each name to quickly understand how close they are to full capacity.

Step 3: Assess trends and weekly completions
For each team member, look at the trend indicator and the count of tasks completed this week to understand whether their workload is increasing or easing. Use the up and down trend icons to spot who may be getting busier or freeing up time.

Step 4: View detailed tasks for a specific team member
Select the action to view that member’s tasks (for example, an external link or “View tasks” button) to open a detailed list of their work. Use this view to reassign, reprioritise or add tasks based on the workload insights from the widget.
