View and manage recent public document links
Review, filter, and manage recently created public links to project documents, including QR codes and access status.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the Recent Public Links widget
On your dashboard, locate the Recent Public Links widget showing a summary of active, expired, and total public links for your documents.

Step 2: Review the link summary
At the top of the widget, review the summary counts for total links, how many are active or expired, and the overall access activity across your shared documents.

Step 3: Filter and scan the list of links
Use any available filters or sort controls to narrow the list, then scan each row to see the document name, project, access type, created date, and whether the link is still active or has expired.

Step 4: Open a linked document
Click the Open or view action for a row to open the linked document in a new tab, allowing you to confirm exactly what has been shared.

Step 5: Copy a public link to share
Select the Copy link action on a row to copy the public URL to your clipboard, then paste it into an email, chat, or any other communication with stakeholders.

Step 6: Download a QR code for a link
Use the Download QR action for a selected link to generate and download a QR code image that you can add to site signage, reports, or briefing packs.

Step 7: Refresh recent link activity
Click the Refresh control on the widget to load the latest public links and access counts, ensuring you are viewing up-to-date sharing activity.
