Review AI recommendations for your plan
Use the AI Recommendations widget to quickly understand suggested actions, their priority and impact, and any related documents or tasks that may need your attention.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the AI Recommendations widget
Navigate to the dashboard section that contains the AI Recommendations widget and locate the card with the lightbulb icon and insights-related heading.

Step 2: Check loading status and refresh insights
If you see a loading skeleton or spinner, wait for the recommendations to load; if the data looks outdated or you have made recent changes elsewhere, select the refresh button to request updated AI insights.

Step 3: Scan the list of AI recommendations
Review each recommendation card in the list, noting the title and summary to understand what the AI suggests you should address in your project or plan.

Step 4: Assess priority, impact, and confidence
For each recommendation, check the coloured badges that indicate priority (high, medium, low), impact level, and the confidence score so you can decide which items to focus on first.

Step 5: Review related documents and tasks
Under each recommendation, look at the related items section to see any linked documents or tasks (such as files or action items) that provide context or require follow-up.

Step 6: Use insights to plan next actions
Based on the priorities, impact, and related items, decide which recommendations to act on and update your project plan or task list in the relevant parts of the system.
