Review AI recommendations for your project
Use the AI recommendations widget to review, understand, and act on AI-generated insights for your project.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the AI recommendations widget
On the project dashboard, locate the AI recommendations card with the lightbulb and sparkles icons, showing a list of recommended actions.
Step 2: Review recommendation details
For each recommendation, read the title and summary, and note the priority, impact, confidence score, and any related documents or tasks listed below.
Step 3: Open related documents or tasks
Click any related document or task link within a recommendation to open the underlying item in a new view for more context.
Step 4: Accept a useful recommendation
When you decide to act on a recommendation, select the Accept button (with the check icon) to confirm that you will proceed with it.
Step 5: Dismiss an irrelevant recommendation
If a recommendation is not relevant or not needed, select the Dismiss button (with the X icon) and confirm the dismissal so it no longer appears.
Step 6: Refresh AI recommendations
Use the Refresh button (with the circular arrow icon) in the card header to request an updated set of AI recommendations based on the latest project data.
Step 7: View loading and error states
When data is loading you will see skeleton placeholders, and if something goes wrong an error message will appear with guidance on what to try next.
