Review AI recommendations for your project
Use the AI Recommendations widget to review, accept, or dismiss AI-driven improvement suggestions for your project.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the AI Recommendations widget
Navigate to your project dashboard and locate the AI Recommendations widget, identified by the lightbulb icon and AI insights summary.
Step 2: Review the AI recommendations list
Scan the list of up to five AI-generated recommendations, checking each title, summary, priority, impact and confidence score to understand what the AI suggests.
Step 3: Inspect related documents and tasks
For any recommendation, review its related documents and tasks shown beneath the summary to see where the insight comes from and what it will affect.
Step 4: Refresh AI recommendations
Click the refresh icon on the widget header to request an updated set of recommendations based on the latest project data.
Step 5: Accept a recommendation
Select the accept option on a recommendation to confirm that you will act on it; the widget records your decision and removes or updates the item.
Step 6: Dismiss a recommendation
Select the dismiss option on a recommendation, choose an appropriate dismiss reason if prompted, and confirm to hide it from the list.
Step 7: View loading and error states
When data is loading, observe the skeleton placeholders, and if an error occurs, review the cleaned error message and decide whether to try refreshing.
