Review and manage recent public document links
Use the Recent Public Links widget to review, open, share and export QR codes for the latest public links to project documents and forms.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the Recent Public Links widget
On your dashboard, locate the Recent Public Links card to see a summary of how many links are active, expired and the total number of accesses.

Step 2: Review link status and details
Scroll through the list to review each link’s name, project, access type, access count, status and expiry date, using the icons and labels to identify active or expired links.

Step 3: Filter and refresh the list
Use the filter and refresh controls in the widget header to narrow down the visible links or reload the list with the most up-to-date information.

Step 4: Open a linked item from the widget
Select a link row to open the underlying document or form in a new view, allowing you to quickly verify the content that has been shared publicly.

Step 5: Copy a public link for sharing
Click the copy link action to place the public URL on your clipboard so you can share it with stakeholders in emails, chat or other tools.

Step 6: Download a QR code for a link
Choose the QR code download action to generate and save a QR image file you can print or embed in site signage and project documentation.

Step 7: Open a public link in a new tab
Use the open link action to launch the public URL in a new browser tab and check the external view that recipients will see.
