Review and update action items
Use the Action Items widget to review, filter, and update the status of action items that come from your meetings.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the Action Items widget on the dashboard
Locate the Action Items widget on your PlanOps dashboard, identified by the checklist icon and title, to see a summary of all your current action items.

Step 2: Review action item details
Scroll through the list to review each action item’s description, meeting name and date, assignee information, due date, and any overdue indicator shown with the alert icon.

Step 3: Filter items by status
Use the status filter controls (for example Open, In progress, Completed) at the top of the widget to focus on a specific set of action items.

Step 4: Refresh the list of action items
Select the refresh button in the widget header to reload the latest action items from the system, ensuring you are viewing up-to-date information.

Step 5: Update the status of an action item
For an individual action item, use the available status control (such as a button or menu) to change it between Open, In progress, and Completed, so the list accurately reflects current progress.
