Manage dashboard widget cards
Use widget cards to view tracked items, refresh data, and access widget-specific controls on your dashboard.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open a widget card on your dashboard
Locate the relevant widget card on your dashboard to see its title, icon, and current body content for tracked items.

Step 2: Refresh the widget data
Click the refresh button in the widget header to reload the latest data for that widget when the dashboard is not in edit mode.

Step 3: Understand refresh behaviour while editing
When the dashboard is in edit mode, confirm that the refresh button is hidden so you can focus on layout changes without triggering data reloads.

Step 4: Recognise loading status during refresh
When data is loading, check that the refresh button is disabled and shows a spinning indicator so you know the widget is updating.

Step 5: Use widget-specific actions
Use any additional action buttons shown beside the refresh button, such as grouping or filtering options provided by that widget.

Step 6: View toolbar filters under the title
When available, use the toolbar area under the widget title (for example, filters or chips) to refine which tracked items are displayed.
