Review recent task runs and schedule follow-ups

Use the Recent Runs panel to review the latest task executions, check their status, and quickly schedule follow-up runs.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the Recent Runs panel

Navigate to the assistant or automation area of the dashboard where the Recent Runs panel appears to see a list of your latest task executions.

Step 2: Review task run details

Scan the list to check each run’s name, status badge, and when it last ran, using the coloured status labels to quickly spot completed, failed, or running tasks.

Step 3: Inspect a specific execution

Click a task run row to open its detailed view, where you can examine inputs, outputs, and any errors before taking further action.

Step 4: Load more historical runs

Scroll to the bottom of the panel and select the option to load more runs when available to review a longer history of task executions.

Step 5: Open full activity view

Use the activity or timeline link from the panel to switch to the full activity view for a broader timeline across multiple tasks.

Step 6: Schedule a follow-up run from a previous execution

Hover over a specific run to reveal the "Schedule this task" action, then select it to open the scheduling wizard pre-filled from that execution.

Step 7: Confirm and create the schedule

In the scheduling wizard, review the pre-filled details, adjust the timing or recurrence if needed, and confirm to create a new schedule based on the chosen run.
