Monitor audit compliance from the dashboard
Use the Audit dashboard widget to review recent audit activity, ratings and stop-work alerts for your project at a glance.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the Audit dashboard widget
From your project dashboard, locate the Audit widget card showing audit status, key metrics and recent activity for the selected project.

Step 2: Review overall audit status and alerts
Check the widget header icons and badges to see if there are any stop-work notices, critical alerts or outstanding compliance issues that need your attention.

Step 3: Check the latest audit rating
In the latest audit section, review the most recent audit rating badge (for example Satisfactory, Needs improvement or Unsatisfactory) and note the overall risk level.

Step 4: View latest audit details
Look at the latest audit row to see the audit name, submission ID and the formatted audit date so you can confirm when the last inspection was carried out.

Step 5: Inspect trends across audit templates
Use the summary metrics within the widget to understand how audits across different templates are performing and spot any patterns in ratings over time.

Step 6: Navigate to the full audit record
Select the latest audit row or the chevron icon to open the full audit record in a dedicated view for deeper investigation if your configuration provides a link.

Step 7: Refresh audit data
Use the refresh button on the widget toolbar to request the latest audit summary from the audit service and ensure you are working with up-to-date information.
