View site weather and work suitability

Use the Site Weather widget to review current conditions, short-term forecast and work suitability for key construction activities.

Audience

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the dashboard with the Site Weather widget​

Navigate to the PlanOps dashboard that includes the Site Weather widget to see weather information for the selected project location.

Step 2: Review current weather conditions​

In the Site Weather card, check the current temperature, feels-like value, weather condition, humidity, wind speed and direction, and precipitation for your site.

Step 3: Check the short-term weather forecast​

Review the forecast section to see expected high and low temperatures, conditions and icons for the next few days to understand upcoming weather changes.

Step 4: Assess work suitability for key activities​

Use the work suitability indicators to quickly see whether conditions are suitable for crane operations, concrete pours, roofing and excavation.

Step 5: Refresh the weather data​

Select the refresh icon on the widget to request the latest weather and suitability data for the site.
