Review expiring project documents

Use the Document Expiry widget to see which project documents are expiring soon so you can follow up and keep records up to date.

Steps

Step 1: Open the dashboard with the Document Expiry widget

Navigate to the PlanOps dashboard view that includes the Document Expiry widget; it appears as a card with a calendar and document expiry information.

Step 2: Refresh the list of expiring documents

Select the refresh button on the widget header to pull the latest expiry data from the system; a loading skeleton may briefly appear while data is retrieved.

Step 3: Review each document’s expiry status

Scan the list of documents in the widget; each row shows the document name, type, owner, formatted expiry date, and a visual status for how many days remain until expiry.

Step 4: Identify documents that are overdue or at risk

Look for rows highlighted with warning or error icons and badges to quickly spot documents that are already expired or due to expire soon so you can prioritise follow-up.

Step 5: Confirm documents that are safely in date

Use the success indicators and badges to confirm which documents have plenty of time remaining before expiry and do not require immediate action.
