View stalled forward look items
Use the Stalled Items widget to review stalled lifecycle items, see key counts, and understand where work is blocked across projects.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the Forward Look dashboard
Navigate to the Forward Look section of the PlanOps dashboard so you can access the Stalled Items widget alongside your other planning widgets.

Step 2: Locate the Stalled Items widget
Find the card showing the stalled lifecycle items list, including the header with the stalled icon and the overall item summary.

Step 3: Review the summary of stalled items
At the top of the widget, read the total stalled items, overdue counts, due-this-week items, unassigned work, and breakdowns by lifecycle, stage, and priority.

Step 4: Toggle grouping by project
Use the "Group by project" toggle to switch between a flat list of stalled items and a grouped view that organises items under each project heading.

Step 5: Inspect stalled items within a project
When grouped, expand a project group header to see its stalled items, including reference, title, lifecycle, stage, assignee, and due details.

Step 6: Identify overdue and high-priority items
Scan the list for overdue indicators and priority labels to quickly spot work that is both stalled and business-critical.

Step 7: Refresh the stalled items list
Click the refresh control on the widget to pull the latest data and ensure the stalled items view reflects current statuses.
