View stalled forward look items

Use the Stalled Items widget to review stalled lifecycle items, see key counts, and understand where work is blocked across projects.

Steps

Step 1: Open the Forward Look dashboard

Navigate to the Forward Look section of the PlanOps dashboard so you can access the Stalled Items widget alongside your other planning widgets.

Step 2: Locate the Stalled Items widget

Find the card showing the stalled lifecycle items list, including the header with the stalled icon and the overall item summary.

Step 3: Review the summary of stalled items

At the top of the widget, read the total stalled items, overdue counts, due-this-week items, unassigned work, and breakdowns by lifecycle, stage, and priority.

Step 4: Toggle grouping by project

Use the "Group by project" toggle to switch between a flat list of stalled items and a grouped view that organises items under each project heading.

Step 5: Inspect stalled items within a project

When grouped, expand a project group header to see its stalled items, including reference, title, lifecycle, stage, assignee, and due details.

Step 6: Identify overdue and high-priority items

Scan the list for overdue indicators and priority labels to quickly spot work that is both stalled and business-critical.

Step 7: Refresh the stalled items list

Click the refresh control on the widget to pull the latest data and ensure the stalled items view reflects current statuses.
