Manage hidden dashboard widgets

Learn how to see how many dashboard widgets are hidden and restore them back onto your dashboard layout.

Steps

Step 1: Open the dashboard with hidden widgets

Navigate to your user dashboard where some widgets have been previously hidden from view; the toolbar will automatically detect which widgets are hidden.

Step 2: Check the hidden widgets indicator in the toolbar

In the dashboard toolbar, locate the hidden widgets entry point, which shows a count of how many widgets are currently hidden from your layout.

Step 3: Open the hidden widgets dialog

Select the hidden widgets entry point to open the hidden widgets dialog, which lists all widgets that are currently hidden from your dashboard.

Step 4: Review the list of hidden widgets

In the hidden widgets dialog, review the list and count of hidden widgets so you can decide which ones you want to bring back to your dashboard.

Step 5: Restore a hidden widget to the dashboard

Choose a widget from the hidden list and use the restore action to place it back onto your dashboard layout at its configured position.

Step 6: Confirm the restored widget on the dashboard

Close the hidden widgets dialog and verify that the restored widget is now visible and usable on your dashboard as part of your standard layout.
