Monitor and review RFIs in the dashboard
Use the RFIs widget to review current RFIs, check their status and priority, and see who they are assigned to and when responses are due.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the RFIs widget on your dashboard
On your PlanOps dashboard, locate the RFIs widget card, identified by the message icon and RFIs title, which summarises current RFIs pulled from your project data.

Step 2: Review the list of RFIs and their key details
Scan the RFIs list within the widget to see each RFI number, subject, status, priority, who it is assigned to and from, how many days it has been open, and whether it is overdue based on the response due date.

Step 3: Understand status and priority indicators
Use the coloured status labels and priority indicators to quickly distinguish open, pending, answered, and closed RFIs, and identify low, normal, high, or critical items that may need your attention.

Step 4: Check overdue and time-sensitive RFIs
Look for RFIs marked as overdue and review their days open and response due dates so you can prioritise follow-up with the relevant assignees.

Step 5: Refresh the RFIs data
When you need the latest information, use the refresh control on the widget to reload the RFIs list from the project data source and update the statuses shown.
