View critical path status

Review the overall health of your programme’s critical path, including key tasks, milestones, and risk indicators.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the programme dashboard​

Navigate to your project’s main programme dashboard where the Critical Path Status widget is displayed amongst other widgets.

Step 2: Review overall critical path health​

Look at the top of the widget to see the overall status indicator, including whether the critical path is on track, at risk, critical, or delayed, along with float days and risk item counts if shown.

Step 3: Examine critical tasks​

Scroll through the tasks section of the widget to see individual tasks, their start and end dates, duration in days, completion percentage, and whether they are marked as critical.

Step 4: Check milestone statuses​

Review the milestones list to see upcoming and completed milestones, along with their status such as pending, at risk, completed, or delayed.

Step 5: Confirm data as-of date​

Use the data date shown in the widget to understand how current the critical path information is before making programme decisions.
