View critical path status

Use the Critical Path Status widget to understand current schedule health, key risks and milestones on your programme.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the Critical Path Status widget​

Navigate to the programme dashboard and locate the Critical Path Status widget card, which summarises schedule health for your project.

Step 2: Review overall critical path health​

Check the health indicator at the top of the widget to see whether the programme is on track, at risk, critical or delayed, including the current float in days and number of risk items.

Step 3: Inspect critical path tasks​

Scroll through the list of tasks to review start and end dates, duration, status and percentage complete, paying particular attention to tasks marked as critical.

Step 4: Check key milestones on the critical path​

Review the milestones section to see upcoming and completed milestones, including any that are at risk or delayed.

Step 5: Confirm data recency​

Look at the data date displayed on the widget to confirm how up to date the critical path information is before using it for reporting or decisions.
