Step 3: Scan the list of recently changed drawings

Review the list of drawings shown in the widget. Each row represents a drawing that has been uploaded or updated, including its name, action (such as updated), and latest revision information so you can see what has changed at a glance.

Step 4: Review revision history for each drawing

For each drawing, compare the current revision with the previous revision shown in the row. Use this to understand whether a drawing is a first issue or an update to an existing revision.

Step 5: Identify who uploaded each drawing and when

Look at the uploader details on each row, including the name of the person who uploaded the drawing and a relative timestamp (for example, 10m ago or 2d ago). This helps you follow up quickly with the right contact if you have questions about a change.

Step 6: Check project and document type context

Use the project name and document type displayed for each drawing to confirm that the change relates to the correct project area and document category, helping you prioritise which changes need your attention first.

Step 7: Understand the impact using change summaries and affected trades

Where available, read the change summary and list of affected trades shown for each drawing. This allows you to quickly gauge which teams or disciplines are impacted and decide what follow-up actions are required.
