This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the dashboard with the Temporary Works Overview widget
Navigate to the PlanOps dashboard that includes the Temporary Works Overview widget; the card loads automatically and displays key metrics for your temporary works.

Step 2: Review total and active temporary works
At the top of the widget, check the total number of temporary works and how many are currently active to get an immediate sense of workload and exposure.

Step 3: Check status distribution of temporary works
Use the status breakdown to see how many items are registered, in design, erected, in use, or removed so you can track progress through the lifecycle.

Step 4: Analyse risk levels across temporary works
Review the risk-level breakdown to see how many temporary works are low, medium, high or critical risk and prioritise follow-up actions accordingly.

Step 5: Review types and categories of temporary works
Use the type and category breakdowns to understand what kinds of temporary works are most common on your project and where compliance focus may be needed.

Step 6: Identify any overdue inspections
Look at the overdue inspections metric to quickly spot whether any temporary works inspections are outstanding and require urgent attention.

Step 7: Refresh the widget data if required
If you suspect the data is out of date, use the widget refresh control to reload the latest temporary works information from the underlying system.
