Manage your PlanOps dashboard view
Adjust how you view the PlanOps dashboard using levels and saved dashboards, depending on your feature access.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the PlanOps dashboard
Navigate to the PlanOps area in your workspace to open the dashboard. The system will automatically load either the standard or the customisable dashboard, depending on your feature access.
Step 2: Choose the dashboard level
Use the level selector on the dashboard to switch between available levels, such as a PlanOps-wide view or a user-level view. The page refreshes to show metrics and panels relevant to the selected level, and your choice is remembered in the URL.
Step 3: Switch to a different saved dashboard
If you have access to the customisable dashboard, use the dashboard selector or navigation controls to switch between different saved dashboards. The selected dashboard layout and widgets will load, and the URL updates so you can share or revisit this exact view.
Step 4: Reset to the default dashboard view
To return to the default layout, clear the selected dashboard using the dashboard selector or by navigating back to the main dashboard route. This removes the specific dashboard from the URL and shows the standard view for the current level.
