View recent project activity

Review the latest activity across your projects, including documents, tasks, uploads and comments, to stay on top of team progress.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the Activity feed widget​

Locate the Activity feed widget on your dashboard; it appears as a card with a header showing recent activity and an Activity icon.

Step 2: Review recent activity items​

Scan the list of activity entries, each showing the actor’s avatar, name, action description, related item and time of the update.

Step 3: Group activity by project​

Use the Group by project toggle to switch between a flat activity list and a view where updates are organised under project headers.

Step 4: Load more past activity​

Select the Load more button at the bottom of the widget to fetch and display older activity items from the timeline.
