Review AI-generated risk heatmap insights

Use the AI-powered risk heatmap to understand project risks by likelihood and impact, and quickly spot critical issues across your portfolio.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the AI risk insights dashboard​

Navigate to the AI insights area of the PlanOps dashboard and locate the Risk heatmap widget card showing risk levels across likelihood and impact.

Step 2: Check the overall risk distribution​

Look at the 3x3 heatmap grid to see how many AI-detected risks fall into each likelihood and impact cell, with colours highlighting critical, high, medium, low, and negligible areas.

Step 3: Identify critical and high-priority risks​

Focus on the red and orange cells in the top-right of the heatmap to quickly identify risks that are both likely and have high impact, then note the counts for each.

Step 4: Review detailed risk insights​

Scroll below or beside the heatmap to read the AI-generated insight cards, including each risk title, summary, priority badge, category, agent type, confidence score, project name, and created date.

Step 5: Refresh AI insights​

Select the refresh button on the widget header to trigger an update and load the latest AI risk insights from your projects into the heatmap.

Step 6: Interpret risk levels using the legend​

Use the colour coding and labels on the widget (critical, high, medium, low, negligible) to interpret what each cell level means when deciding where to focus mitigation efforts.
