Review AI-generated risk heatmap insights
Use the AI-powered risk heatmap to understand where risks are concentrated by likelihood and impact, and review the highest-priority insights for your projects.

Steps
Step 1: Open the AI risk insights widget
Navigate to the dashboard section that contains the AI Insights area and locate the Risk Heatmap widget, identified by the shield and alert icons and its risk-focused title.
Step 2: Understand the risk heatmap layout
Review the 3x3 grid that maps risk likelihood (left to right) against impact (top to bottom), with cell colours indicating levels from negligible to critical based on the underlying risk score.
Step 3: Identify highest-risk areas
Focus on the darkest or most intense cells, which represent critical and high-risk combinations of likelihood and impact, to see where risks are most concentrated across your projects.
Step 4: Review individual AI risk insights
Scroll through the list of AI-generated risk insights beneath or alongside the heatmap, reading each insight’s title and summary to understand the nature of the identified risks.
Step 5: Assess priority and confidence for each insight
Use the coloured priority badges (critical, high, medium, low) and the confidence indicator shown for each insight to decide which items warrant immediate attention and which can be monitored.
Step 6: Check associated projects and categories
For each insight, note the linked project name, category, and agent type to understand where the risk originates and which aspect of the project it affects, helping you route actions to the right team.
Step 7: Refresh AI insights
Click the refresh control on the widget to request an updated set of AI-generated risk insights so the heatmap and list reflect the most recent project data.
