Review assistant chats and task runs
Use the assistant history sidebar to switch between chat conversations and task executions, review their status, and reopen specific items.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the assistant history sidebar
Access the assistant history sidebar from the main assistant panel to see a chronological list of your recent chats and task executions.

Step 2: Switch between Chats and Tasks tabs
Use the Chats and Tasks tabs at the top of the sidebar to toggle between your conversation history and recorded task runs, each sorted by most recent activity.

Step 3: Start a new chat thread
In the Chats tab, select the new chat control (with a plus icon) to begin a fresh conversation, which will then appear in the list with its latest update time.

Step 4: Open an existing chat conversation
In the Chats tab, click a chat entry to load that conversation, view its messages, and continue chatting from where you left off.

Step 5: Review task execution history
In the Tasks tab, browse the list of recorded task executions, each showing its name, status icon, relative time, and duration where available.

Step 6: Open task execution details
Select a task execution from the Tasks tab to view its detailed output and status within the main assistant panel.

Step 7: Load more history items
Scroll to the bottom of the Chats or Tasks list and, if available, use the load more option to fetch older conversations or executions.
