Review widget error and empty states
Use the widget status cards to understand when a dashboard widget has failed to load or has no available data, and decide what to do next.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Identify a widget that failed to load
On the dashboard, look for any widget showing an error card with the widget name and a message explaining why it failed to load, such as a network issue or data problem.

Step 2: Retry loading a failed widget
When a widget shows an error card, select the "Retry" button to trigger a refresh and attempt to load the widget data again.

Step 3: Recognise when a widget has no data
For widgets that load successfully but have nothing to show, look for an empty-state card displaying the widget title, an icon, and a message explaining that no data is currently available.

Step 4: Understand richer empty-state messages
In some widgets, review the richer empty-state content, such as additional icons or formatted text, to better understand why there are no upcoming activities or data.
