View state messages and available actions
Use the state display panel to understand the current state of a page or process, view helpful messages and illustrations, and choose from any available follow‑up actions.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open a page with a state message
Navigate to a page in the application that uses the state display panel (for example, an empty list, a completed workflow, or an error state). When the page loads, the state message appears in a centred card showing the title, description and any illustration provided.

Step 2: Review the title and description
Read the prominent title text to understand the current state, then review the supporting description underneath for more detail about what has happened or what it means for your project.

Step 3: View the illustration and secondary information
If an illustration is shown above the title, use it as a quick visual cue for the state (for example, empty, success or error). Check any secondary text below the main description for additional guidance or contextual information.

Step 4: Use available actions
At the bottom of the state display, select one of the available buttons to continue. Clicking an action either runs its associated task (such as retrying an operation) or navigates you directly to the relevant page in the application.
