Recover when a page cannot be found
Learn what to do when you land on a “Page Not Found” screen so you can quickly return to a useful area of the application or contact support.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Recognise the “Page Not Found” screen
When you try to open a page that does not exist or has been moved, you will see a “Page Not Found” message with an illustration and a short explanation that the page is unavailable.

Step 2: Choose where to go next if you are signed in
If you are already signed in, use the primary action to go straight to your dashboard, or select the Home option to return to the main landing page of the application.

Step 3: Choose where to go next if you are not signed in
If you are not signed in, use the Sign In button to log into your account, or select Home to return to the public home page before navigating elsewhere.

Step 4: Contact support if you think the page should exist
If you believe you should have access to the missing page, follow the “contact support” link on the screen to open the support site in a new browser tab and send a message to the support team.
