Monitor plant status and generate a plant register
Use the Plant Status Board to review plant items, check their latest status, and generate a consolidated plant register for your project.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the Plant Status Board for your project
Navigate to the Plant Status Board page for the relevant project to see an overview of all plant items and their current status.

Step 2: Review plant items and status details
Scroll through the board to review each plant item, including its reference, title, category, latest form status, last submission time, and any associated defect counts.

Step 3: Filter and inspect key plant items
Use the board controls to focus on specific plant items, such as those with recent defects or missing submissions, then select an item to open its detailed view in a new page.

Step 4: Generate a consolidated plant register
Use the Generate register action on the board to create an up-to-date plant register, which compiles the current details and statuses of all listed plant items.

Step 5: Confirm register generation and notifications
Wait for the register generation to complete and check the on-screen confirmation message to ensure the register was created successfully, or review any error message if the process fails.
