View a plant’s activity timeline

Review a plant’s recent activity in a clear, chronological feed that merges user actions and automated events without exposing technical IDs.

Steps

Step 1: Open the plant activity tab

From the plant details page, select the Activity tab to open the plant’s activity timeline view.

Step 2: Review recent events in chronological order

Scroll through the merged activity feed to see stage changes, checks, and other events listed from newest to oldest with clear timestamps.

Step 3: Identify who performed each action

Check the actor information on each entry to see whether an action was carried out by a named user, an operator, or recorded as an automated system event.

Step 4: Confirm sensitive technical IDs are hidden

Verify that internal identifiers such as submission, authorisation, or schedule IDs are not shown, ensuring the timeline remains readable and non-technical.

Step 5: Load older activity using pagination

Use the pagination controls at the bottom of the timeline to load earlier pages of activity instead of fetching the full history at once.
