View a plant’s activity timeline
Review a plant’s recent activity in a clear, chronological feed that merges user actions and automated events without exposing technical IDs.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the plant activity tab
From the plant details page, select the Activity tab to open the plant’s activity timeline view.

Step 2: Review recent events in chronological order
Scroll through the merged activity feed to see stage changes, checks, and other events listed from newest to oldest with clear timestamps.

Step 3: Identify who performed each action
Check the actor information on each entry to see whether an action was carried out by a named user, an operator, or recorded as an automated system event.

Step 4: Confirm sensitive technical IDs are hidden
Verify that internal identifiers such as submission, authorisation, or schedule IDs are not shown, ensuring the timeline remains readable and non-technical.

Step 5: Load older activity using pagination
Use the pagination controls at the bottom of the timeline to load earlier pages of activity instead of fetching the full history at once.
