Manage plant daily-check schedule
Configure and maintain the daily-check form schedule for a plant so operators are authorised and the plant board status can turn green.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the plant workspace item
Navigate to the relevant plant workspace item and scroll to the area beneath the QR sticker where the Daily check schedule panel appears.

Step 2: Review current schedule status
In the panel, review the current schedule status, including whether it is enabled or paused, the last submission time, and the next scheduled issue time.

Step 3: Create a new daily-check schedule
If no schedule exists, select the option to add or create a schedule, then choose the correct daily-check form template for this plant.

Step 4: Configure schedule frequency and timing
Set the schedule frequency, time of day, timezone, and any days of the week required so that the form is issued to operators at the right times.

Step 5: Enable or pause the schedule
Use the controls in the panel to enable or pause the schedule, adding a pause reason if required so that the supervisor and operators understand why it is inactive.

Step 6: Save changes to update authorisation status
Submit your changes to apply the updated schedule so that the operator-facing flow recognises the plant as authorised and the plant board can clear the red status.
