Monitor upcoming plant inspections for your project

View and filter a project-wide list of upcoming and overdue plant inspections so you can prioritise checks and follow up with the right teams.

Steps

Step 1: Open the Plant inspections due panel

From the plant detail view, open the tab that shows project-wide inspections. The Plant inspections due panel loads a consolidated list of upcoming checks across all plant on the selected project.

Step 2: Review inspection status at a glance

Scan the list of upcoming checks. Each row shows the plant item, the inspection type, the due date and a coloured status pill indicating whether the inspection is on track, due soon or overdue.

Step 3: Filter by inspection type

Use the filter control above the list to switch between all kinds, Daily pre-use, LOLER and PUWER inspections. The list updates immediately so you can focus on the checks that matter most for your role.

Step 4: Prioritise overdue and due-soon checks

Notice that overdue and due-soon inspections automatically float to the top of the list, with clear labels such as "overdue", "today" or "tomorrow" under the due date to help you prioritise actions.

Step 5: Open a plant item from the inspections list

When you identify an inspection that needs attention, select the corresponding plant entry to open its detail page in a quick-action view and follow up with the responsible team.
